The National Labor Relations Board determined that Spotlight Company, Inc. (Company) had committed unfair labor practices in violation of § 8(a) (3) and § 8(a) (1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a) (3) and (1), by discriminating against three employees because of their union activities. The practices in question occurred during May and September of 1969 at the Company's ladies' lingerie manufacturing plant in Ashdown...
