PER CURIAM:

Charles Honesty was indicted for first degree murder, assault with a dangerous weapon, and carrying a dangerous weapon. Mrs. Lucille Jefferson was charged as an accessory after the fact to the crime of assault with a dangerous weapon. Upon completion of the Government's case the trial judge granted defendant Honesty's motion for a judgment of acquittal on the first count.
