This is a writ of certiorari to review the lawfulness of the findings and award of the Industrial Commission of Arizona. We are called upon to determine:

1. Whether the determination of petitioner's average monthly wage in a so-called "light work order" was res judicata? 2. Was the finding that the petitioner suffered a 25% loss of function of the right hand reasonably supported by the evidence?
