This court, continuing its jurisdiction, scheduled a hearing at Florence, S. C. May 16, 1966 pursuant to its order of April 21, 1966 that "defendants shall individually and collectively, file with this court on or before May 15, 1966 a statement of intention to comply * * *" with that order. The order directed defendants to correct all aspects of the public school establishment in that district which operated to deprive the plaintiff class...
