The widower of decedent, in his official capacity as administrator de bonis non of her estate, and William Poka, who claims to be an heir of decedent, have appealed from an order of the probate judge that the administrator pay Brahan Houston, as former attorney for the administrator, the sum of $12,384.60 out of "estate assets." This sum was found to be the balance owing for legal services to the estate, after taking into account
