The American Title and Trust Company, an Arizona corporation, filed its notice of appeal on 24 June 1965. On 2 September 1966, in Maricopa County Superior Court Cause No. 191,659, Robert G. Mooreman was appointed Receiver of American Title and Trust Company, an Arizona corporation. Leave was granted to the Receiver to file a memorandum in relation to the appeal pending before this Court.
