Pursuant to the authority granted it by Sections 205-231, Title 22, Code of Alabama 1940, the Alabama Milk Control Board, after due notice, conducted hearings in Guntersville, Birmingham, Mobile, and Montgomery, looking toward the classification or reclassification of milk and the prices to be paid by the distributor to the producer, and in turn the price to be charged by the distributor in the sale thereof.
