This appeal comes to this court from a judgment entered for the defendant by the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County. The action is one for money only. The plaintiff alleges in his petition that he suffered certain personal injuries when ``steel bar joists'' manufactured by the defendant, which had been placed in a building, collapsed and fell down upon him. The plaintiff was a construction worker, employed by a sub-contractor, the Valley Steel Erectors...
