C. W. Blanpied died on January 27, 1955, leaving a last will which was admitted to probate and William H. Robinson, Jr. was appointed executor as provided in the will. Eleanor Irwin filed a claim in the estate which was allowed as a claim of the first class. There were insufficient assets in the estate to pay her claim, and she filed objections to Robinson's conduct as executor, contending that his acts were such as to constitute waste and mismanagement...
