Complaint was filed by plaintiffs on October 24, 1963 alleging that they were each indefinitely suspended from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, a State supported institution of higher learning by order dated October 19, 1963. They seek in this proceeding a preliminary and permanent injunction requiring their reinstatement as students on the grounds that they have been denied the guarantees of due process established...
