Haag, plaintiff-appellant, commenced this action against International Telephone and Telegraph Corporation, defendant-appellee, in the Superior Court of Allen County, Indiana, for recovery of $60,000.001 in damages. On the petition of the defendant the action was removed to the District Court on the basis of diversity of citizenship of the parties.
