This is an appeal by the defendant below (Woodward Iron Company) from a judgment of the circuit court of Jefferson County, Bessemer Division, overruling defendant's motion for a new trial in a case in which W. C. Stringfellow sued to recover damages allegedly resulting from breach of an employment contract entered into between the defendant and the union of which plaintiff was a member.
