LAWSON, Justice.

The appeal is from a decree overruling a demurrer to a bill in equity, as amended, which will be referred to hereafter simply as the bill.

The State of Alabama, in one bill, seeks to enjoin more than twenty loan "companies" in Calhoun County from continuing in the "loan shark business," to use the language of the bill, on the ground that the manner in which such businesses are conducted constitutes a public nuisance.
