This appeal is from two decrees of the Law and Equity Court of Lauderdale County, in Equity. The first decree is an interlocutory decree overruling respondents' separate and several motions to dissolve the temporary injunction theretofore issued in the cause ex parte without hearing, and is appealed from by all the respondents.
