Plaintiff, a Texas corporation, instituted this suit seeking to recover from the defendant, a Missouri corporation, damages for an amount in excess of $15,000 which it claims it suffered because of biscuits manufactured by it becoming contaminated with glass, which glass plaintiff claims was in ice manufactured and sold by the defendant.
