Asserting diversity of citizenship as the basis for this court's jurisdiction, the plaintiff, a guest in a motor vehicle operated by defendant, Germroth, sued his host and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (Commission) to recover for personal injuries resulting from a collision between the defendants' vehicles.
