This appeal is from a decree of the Pulaski Probate Court voiding the will of J. F. Farmer, deceased, on the ground that the testator lacked mental capacity to make the will. The sole question presented is whether the finding of the trial court, that J. F. Farmer lacked mental capacity to make his will, was against the preponderance of the evidence.
