Under an indictment charging murder in the first degree this appellant was found guilty of manslaughter in the first degree and sentenced to a term of ten years in the penitentiary.

The appellant and deceased were married, but had been living separate and apart for two years or more prior to the killing, the appellant living in Sylacauga, and the deceased residing at their former home, a trailer, about a mile north of Swayback bridge...
