Charles P. Evans was convicted of grand larceny, the property allegedly stolen being an automobile belonging to W. W. Gibson. He prosecuted an appeal to the Court of Appeals where his conviction was affirmed. The case is before us on writ of certiorari to review the decision of the Court of Appeals.
