This is an appeal from a judgment of nonsuit to review a judgment overruling demurrers to pleas.

The judgment of nonsuit is in good form and complete in that respect. It recites that it is taken by plaintiff to review the judgment upon rulings on demurrer to pleas 3, 4 and 5.
