This is an appeal from a sentence of life imprisonment under the Habitual Criminal Act (OCLA §§ 26-2801 et seq.) imposed by the circuit court in accordance with the opinion of this court in Little v. Gladden, 202 Or. 16, 273 P.2d 443.
