LAWSON, Justice.

Certiorari was granted on petition of Davis Lumber Company, employer, to review a judgment of the circuit court of Cullman County awarding compensation to the widow and minor children of Early Dolphus Self, deceased.

The trial court found that on January 15, 1953, deceased, while employed by Davis Lumber Company as a laborer, sustained a personal injury caused by an accident which arose out of and in the course of his employment
