This is an action instituted against the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq., by Mildred S. Stinson, as administratrix of the estate of A. Bruce Stinson, deceased, to recover damages for his death. Liability is predicated upon the alleged negligence of the defendant in the operation of its railroad which allegedly caused the death of the deceased, while in its employment....
