PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal by complainant from a decree rendered on June 30, 1953, sustaining demurrer to her bill of complaint and overruling her demurrer to a cross bill filed against her.

The bill made several persons respondents, among them was Margaret Bieker Young who filed a demurrer to it as amended, although her demurrer was not made to it as last amended. The decree recites that "it was submitted on the demurrer to the bill of complaint as amended...
