This is a proceeding by certiorari to review an award of the Industrial Commission of Arizona which was made after a second rehearing and which affirmed previous awards denying petitioners' claim for death benefits.

William Hale, the decedent, died on June 23, 1952, at Hilltop Mine, Portal, Arizona. The mine was operated by the American Zinc, Lead and Smelting Company, respondent employer. There had been two blasts of dynamite in the air...
