Appellant was plaintiff in the circuit court, suing appellee on a policy of life insurance on the life of her late husband.
The defense was that of suicide within two years after the issuance of the policy. The policy provided that if insured should take his own life within said period defendant shall be liable for a sum equal to the premiums that have been paid thereon and no more.
