This is the second appeal of this case and involves certain questions growing out of a division of property ordered on the former appeal in O'Quin v. O'Quin, 217 Ark. 321, 230 S.W.2d 16.

The parties were married in 1941. On August 28, 1948 they entered into a property settlement and appellant was granted a divorce a few days later. Shortly thereafter the parties became reconciled and on September 14, 1948...
