By these suits the constitutionality of the Bituminous Coal Conservation Act (15 U.S.C.A. § 801 et seq.) is challenged. Each of the plaintiffs is engaged in the business of mining, producing, and selling bituminous coal from its mines located within the Western Judicial District of Missouri, and has been so engaged over a period of years. Such product is sold at the mines and thence transported by the purchaser either in interstate commerce...
