The Walworth Manufacturing Company, a Massachusetts corporation, manufacturer of pipe wrenches, steamfitting supplies, etc., brought this suit for the infringement of its registered trade-mark "Stillson." The defendant is also a Massachusetts corporation and a manufacturer of pipe wrenches and other forgings. Federal jurisdiction rests on the registration of the trade-mark.
