Sherry Stout, Charles Stout and Suzy Stout appeal from a take-nothing summary judgment in favor of Grand Prairie Independent School District and Elizabeth Gomez. Sherry Stout sustained serious, permanent injuries as the result of a fall during cheerleading practice. The Stouts alleged that Sherry's injuries were caused by the negligence of the school district and of Gomez, the school teacher in charge of the cheerleading squad. Gomez moved for summary...
