In an opinion filed September 26, 1983, Edwards v. Hurtel, 717 F.2d 1204 (8th Cir.1983), this court, relying upon the briefs and without oral argument, upheld the district court's dismissal of Edwards' cause of action for lack of admiralty jurisdiction.
