The opinion of the court was delivered by GAULKIN, J.A.D.

Defendant James Johnson was convicted of rape, and sentenced to 20 to 30 years in prison. Defendants Thornton Pugsley, John Cowan and Leroy Johnson were convicted of rape and kidnapping, and sentenced to consecutive sentences of 20 to 30 years for the rape, and 30 to 35 years for the kidnapping, or a total of 50 to 65 years.
