Valentine Grden says that Leikin, Ingber & Winters, P.C. violated the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act in two ways. First, in a state-court debt-collection action against Grden, Leikin served Grden with a document appearing to be a motion for default judgment, although Grden had not missed the deadline for answering the complaint.
