Joelson, to dismiss the voluntary Chapter 7 petition of the Debtor, Commercial Oil Service, Inc. or to suspend all proceedings in this case, and also upon the motion of the State of Ohio to remand its action against the Debtor to enforce the State's environmental protection laws which was removed by the Trustee to this court...
