This is an original mandamus proceeding. Relator, Alice Sneed West, seeks the writ to compel Honorable Peter S. Solito, Judge of the 164th District Court of Harris County, to vacate, amend, and revise his orders denying her motion to quash a subpoena duces tecum and her motions for protection.
