OPINION

HUSPENI, Judge.

Appellants, Sports and Health Club, Inc., Arthur Owens, Marc Crevier and Forest Larson, were ordered by the trial court to cease and desist their discriminatory employment practices. When they failed to do so the trial court found them in contempt and ordered them to pay a fine of $300 per day effective February 24, 1986, until they were in compliance. On appeal they argue that the injunction unconstitutionally deprives them of freedom...
