Plaintiff McCarthy petitioned for a writ of certiorari on an order finding him in contempt of court for violation of a consent judgment and permanent injunction. Plaintiff contends the trial court erred in holding he willfully disobeyed a court order and claims: (1) the underlying consent judgment and order of permanent injunction are void and therefore are not entitled to enforcement in these contempt proceedings, (2) no valid enforceable injunction...
