We affirm a trial court decision in this dispute over a landlord's lien. See Iowa Code chapter 579 (1985). The action arose by virtue of an attachment proceeding to collect rent secured by the lien. Goods on the leased property were the subject of the attachment. A corporation intervened, claiming that it, rather than the original tenant, was the proper lessee.
