We are concerned in this matter with two separate appeals, both emanating from the District Court of Story County, and which are consolidated here for disposition. Both cases involve the application of chapter 306C, The Code, 1975 (Iowa Junkyard Beautification and Billboard Control Act). In the first case the Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) sought an injunction against Nebraska-Iowa Supply Company (Nebraska-Iowa) for the removal of several billboards...
