This is an appeal from an order of the District Court, Meeker County, finding defendant Michael Good in direct civil contempt of court and sentencing him to serve 6 months in the Meeker County jail. The contempt order arises out of defendant's refusal to answer certain questions put to him by plaintiff's counsel during proceedings supplementary to execution.
