PER CURIAM.

In the first of these two consolidated appeals (docket # 65391) the defendants, owner/operators of an adult bookstore in Ann Arbor, appeal from an injunctive order of the Washtenaw County Circuit Court which has the alleged effect of putting them out of business. They claim that the city ordinance upon which the injunctive order was based is invalid because of improper procedures in its adoption and because of several constitutional infirmities.
